This character look's like Marilyn Monroe, just need's a few assets which can be done by anyone that download's it such as altering the Eyebrows, eye color's so it is still a beautiful preset and a great base preset as well if far more sultry than the cartoon character, there are probably plenty of Monroe preset's on the nexus BUT the actress changed over time and as such it would be a great one. You should be able to create a close facsimile of Elsa (That other mod is nothing like the cartoon character though they also are nice presets so I would definitely disagree there) using Enhanced Character Edit and Race Menu, both mod's have different features but combining them by exporting your head and importing it from one to the other should enable to you create the huge saucer sized Elsa Eye's and the quirky cartoon features very closely. Keep at it this is definitely still a great character creation and If I was currently playing the game I would download - and then change her into Marylin Monroe which is definitely not a bad thing.
Since you are already familiar with Race Menu have a look also at ECE it is definitely worth your time.
I was not very good but have a look at some of my ancient creation's to see how I used both of them to create my Frankenstein like characters, your's is far prettier believe me and this is an old shot from one of my old preset file's (they are just left as a free to use resource but you can see that the saucer sized anime/cartoon eye's are easily done by this and there are eye mod's that make them look even more anime). https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/110/images/63067-1-1427588304.jpg

Actually except the eye's I would argue that your's look's more like Elsa than that other mod, all the rest of your characters features seem right to me just the eyes are different and more like Monroe's.
