   Would it be possible to have a version that replaces all horkers with that ? I seldom go to Solsteim and I hate the Skyrim horkers those look way better.

      Yeah, maybe a version like mod but a shade some darker, for there to be contrast.
      
      
      The original horkers of Skyrim are plastic.

   Does this also replace the dead horker hanging in the Skaal village because otherwise it'd be weird with no other live skyrim horkers on Solstheim?

      I actually did not get it the first time around, since it has a custom rigged model. Blender was having a hard time with it but I finally figured it out -- fixed in 1.1.

   Now the Blood Horker pirates name makes sense; this is a perfectly unsettling creature to be inspired by now! :D
