    all this mod really does is tell you none of the effects exist...... just saying it really doesn't seem to work at all

      You just enter wrong FormID.

      UM NOPE SAYS NOTHING AVAILABLE REGARDLESS
      MAYBE YOU SHOULD PROVIDE AN EXAMPLE OR LIST OF THESE ID'S
      CUZ AS FAR AS i CAN TELL THIS MOD DOES NOTHING. GIVES YOU 3 CHOICES AND ANY THING ELSE JUST CAUSES THE WINDOW TO CLOSE. THE IDEA IS SOUND BUT THE MOD DOESN'T WORK

      Different enchantment visuals:
      5D606 - Green,
      5D608 - Blue,
      D7661 - Red.
      Try them.

      The 8CC8C effect DOESN'T WORK!

      xEdit shows you records FormIDs if you load plugins into it.
      8CC8C is a SPEL record, not RFCT or EFSH or ARTO.

      And what is the id of the effect, where there is ice smoke around the character?

      There is no ice smoke effect in the list of effects you uploaded :((((

    how do you find formids for visual effects i want the become ethereal effect

      xEdit, simple and stable. You can look for some Ghost visuals in section you need (Effect Shaders).
