   Can i just merge all ur .esp's and make one big beautiful amazing .esp? trying to trim down load order fpr next playthrough soon but not going to do anything until ur mods are all unhidden

      Let me rephrase that question. Would it be ill-advised to merge all of your .esp's or would that be a safe bet?

      you can merge them safely with zmerge, friend
      
      do not use sseedit for that.

   Looks great, is this mod compatible with other mods that modify monsters, such as skymo or s.i.c?

      I think it's compatible with almost all mods (says in desc.), since it doesn't modify a ton of things and it isn't "invasive".
      Just to make sure you could make a Bashed Patch to merge possible lists.

    Sorry, it's not quite clear from the description... can you buy or otherwise obtain the NPC pets? Is there any way for a PC to get a big cat animal companion?
