   Imagine trying to hit these golems only to be literally fried with lightning. Now imagine getting pummeled by those massive fists. Enchant your armor for lightning resistance and wear ample armor. Magic and blunt weapons will serve you well. Thanks.

      You can also buy the spell tome from the summoning professor in the college of Winterhold. I did that and pretty much nothing stands in my way now, including other NPCs who think it's funny to cast one of these things, I just had my golem and theirs duke it out while I then ran in and attacked and killed the NPC that summoned the golem with a pike from animated armory.

   I cant summon the storm golem because the skill book do not appear in shops, both Phinis gestor and Falion.
   Is there any other way to get the skill book?

      Open console and type 'help golem' use page up down and look for word book:conjure/summon storm golem. then player.additem command to get that book.

      im not a bing fan of replacers, but this golem is used by some storm mages and dragon priests when they have high level instead of regular storm atronachs
