This is not related to this mod in particular, but I always wanted a mod which adds potions with unique effects that CANNOT be replicated by the player or other regular alchemists. For example, drink this and get a permanent +20 boost to health but -5 stamina. Or a very rare godly potion that gives extra perk points. I have searched but not found anything like it.
The Undercity mod kind of adds potions like that... At least in the health boost way. Achieve that also adds permanent health boosts, among other things, for getting the achievements it adds. Maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but similar
