how can you make it work at all? only removing file into skyrim data/sound/voice/skyrim.esm wont work for me. i believe something must be edited in creation kit SSE, and i dont exactly know how to do so. any idea?
If you still looking for this armor try this site : https://eiheispot1.blog.fc2.com/I know that this site isn't english but it's easy to find something good (and not slooty)
There will be a folder in there called femaleeventoned with all the shout files in it (or if you have other voice mods, there might be more in this folder). In order to get it to work with khajiit characters, simply make a folder called femalekhajiit and copy all the files in between them.
Since I stopped when I got what I wanted (for it to work with khajiit characters), other characters like orcs can be done in a similar way.
In order to figure out what to label the folders, use a BSA extractor to unpack Skyrim - Voices.bsa to figure it out. It should be fairly obvious what to do from there.
Hm.. they kinda feel like out of breath for a shout, which is kinda funny. x3 I guess it is nice, but my favorite anime voice would be of those girls that are actually yelling angrily at someone and pretty much can draw out their voice into a long question-like 'Eeeeeh??' which is loud enough to feel like a skyrim shout x3
but that is just me, and maybe those are actually over the top xD

but if I did
I would install this so quicck
edit :
i found a mod that can make this mod and the voice replacer from pc headtracking work!
replaced shouts when using PC head tracking SE at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
This mod is only audio files so you can install it as it is on SE/AE.

This mod has the anime lady saying the shouts in Dovahzul, therfore being lore freindly.

Go into Data/sound/Voice/skyrim.esm.
