THIS MOD IS ON BETA PHASE (read description)- Cliff Striders are winged reptilian predators native to Morrowind, first appeared on ESO. They are cousins of the Cliff Racer and Cliff Darter. Unlike them, they are not able to fly, and will attack you on the ground with their beak with sharp teeth, long tails and puking poisonous acid vomit on you.

I commonly do not release mods in beta phase, but in this case is a necessary case. Cliff Striders uses a custom modified Dragon Skeleton. Well, most of you that are here on this community for a long time knows that the Dragon animations and skeleton (modified or no) are very buggy and hard to deal with it. Change the size of a dragon without create a complete mess up when the dragon is walking was allways impossible and its because that you do not find small dragons mods that work fine.
So, its impossible to change the size of the dragons on Creation Kit without creating problems, so on, i modified the size directly on the custom skeleton, but that also creates an obvious problem. If i increase the size, it works fine, but if i decrease, the model will walk on the air, cus will be far above the "land mark".
I found another way to do it on the skeleton, changing directly the bone root of the skeleton, and now its working really fine. The model does not mess up when in the ground, and he walks fine. Of course sometimes you will find some clipping, but this is cus the dragon skeleton is buggy as hell, also with common size dragons.
The point now is that when you change the size on CK, or on the bones, you also change the collision box size, but when you do it on the bone root, the size of the collision box does not change with the model, so i changed it mannually, but with not the better results. I managed to change it a lot, but not completely, so, the collision box is a little bit bigger than the model.
This results in the fact that sometimes you will not be able to aproach completely the cliff strider (and arrows and magic spikes can float above the model sometimes), and sometimes when you approach completely you can get stuck for a little bit close to the Strider, but you can go out trying to run in other direction. That does not happens allways, but can happen. 
Despite this, all works very good, finally a creature rigged as dragon with small size and without animation problems, all really works fine as you can see on the video, and the only problem is that you need to close an eye sometimes to the collision problem. Is that or to do not have a Cliff Strider.
Im releasing the Beta mod asking for someone who maybe can know how to adjust the collision box to make it match completely the model. Please if you know how to do it, just do it and send me the skeleton with collision box adjusted. I have the hope to find a person that will be able to do it, cus this matter is beyond my knowledge on collision boxes. Your name of course will be on the credits, and i thank you in advance.
But, despite this, if you just want to try the mod as you try all my others, go ahead, works fine as you can see on the video, and is one of my regular creature mods, but be aware that the Cliff Strider has collision problems and you can get stuck sometimes when fighting him at close range.
