instead of putting V1 put version 1 cause its not hard to miss V1 lol Oh an there is NO version 1 anymore only version 4 for download so u def need to update or fix
This is about as close as Skyrim can get to Warhammer 40K while still being lore friendly. I'm going to have to get this for my Dwemer char (Deep Elf race) when I get to that playthrough. Gonna feel like a Space Marine in full Terminator plate. Even more so with the Dwemer Autoblade (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12281), aka Chainsword. Maybe add a shock enchant to the Dwemer sword or axe if you want even more.
Seems like a cool mod, your retextures are great and help bring this power armour, closer to the quality of similar armour mods. Like The Tools of Kagrenac or the Aetherium Armor. Though I think it still looks a bit rough,, you did a good job, improving the quality. The only person, who I think did better in terms of dwemer textures is Wolflord13. Keep at it, I'd like to see you try your hands at other retextures.
In my humple opinion, these are one of the best dwemer automaton retextures I´ve ever seen. The Textures from this mod give a used look to the armor and they´re very high quality at the same time. They´re not so new, golden and shiny like Wolflord13´s (very very ugly and not lore friendly if you ask me) and man belive me if I say I dove very deep into modding Skyrim and saw works of artist that are not even avaiable since years anymore and the textures from this mod can definetly hold up with them. Don´t know how you even can compare such works ? Old and New are two very diffrent styles with nearly uncountable possible variations on each their own side.
Well ... all this doesn´t realy count, because the nifs of this mod, lead to a very unique set of textures (100% other file-structure) and have their own place, beside the regular dwarven armor textures (inside their regular file-structure). Besides the shield (I guess) changing this textures do not harm the regular dwarven textures and the other way around.
Or let´s say it in clear words: You need this, if you want any other than the original textures. Other texture mods won´t do nothing with this power armor, no matter how good they´re.
Anyway thanks for sharing winedave !
------------------------------------- EDIT:
LoL ... Just about planing a huge modded playthrough with heavy survival elements and so on. And I just must use Mihails Giant-Monsters (because they´re so awesome) and there was always this burning question left ... How can I survive this in a lore friendly way ???

Btw anyone know why Mihail made the knee part look like that? It's actually the only gripe for me from using the mod btw :/
