Does it work for requiem 3.4 too?

Probably? The only things I suspect could have changed would be enchanting perks (unlikely) and maybe some leveled lists.

Actually, I'd load it into TES5Edit and check the perks distributed by the Reqtificator, I think I may have used one to apply certain effects and if they changed after Requiem 3.0 it might create some bugs by reverting it to the old version.

Most likely it should be fine though.

I think I get what the mod author was going for. But it feels weird because it makes me question and break the forth wall down.

I was concerned at first, but since adding it to my game its made things pretty fun. Especially for my thief character, who will 'free' people of all of those soul gems they find themselves taxed with. So far its been pretty great.

Thank you for making it I can use enchanted items without needing to invest perks into it.

It felt weird that my character would need that. Like an enchanted item should be powerful in of itself, why the hell should it need my character to know how to enchant in order to work?

Glad you like it! The need to use perks to even use items was also quite annoying to me, and that restriction didn't even affect the NPCs either.

It looks like this might ideally need an update for Requiem 2.0x. The EA requiem patch is riddled with errors for IDs that have changed in Req 2 (especially in form lists), among other things. There a few keywords errors in this patch with 2 also. As for what it effect it might have I'm not sure.

2.0 changed quite a bit, so there could be issues. I'm not sure what kind of issues changing Editor IDs can have generally, the records still have the same number but I don't know about scripts. Which form lists have errors?

I'm not going to be updating to 2.0 for some time though, so any extensive patches are unlikely. I could do some minor work though, when I get a chance.

What version of Requiem is this for, or does it not matter? Don't have time at the moment to look over the plugin for missing records or other issues. Specifically I'm interested in compatibility with 1.9.4.1, as that is the version I'm still using.

Regardless, looks like great work that helps merge the vision of the two mods. Well done.

I made it for 1.9.4, so you should be golden.

I've also had at least one user report that it works with 2.0. Makes sense, as the mod is mostly self-contained aside from enchantment effects, which aren't touched by many mods.

I am shocked that this mod is not better known. This fixes the main reason why I have avoided using Enchanting Awakened. I will download and endorse this as soon as I get home. Thank you for building this. As a mod author myself that builds very specific and niche mods, I know it can be easy to feel under-appreciated. So thank you!

Is it normal for the enchantments on say the Adept Destruction Robe to be less powerful than the original Requiem equivalents?

Thanks for the kind words! Glad to know someone's enjoying the mod. :) I didn't like the enchantment restrictions either, used to cheat and add some of the perks, but then I finally sat down and made this - seemed right to share it!

As for the robes, I didn't do anything to them personally. I'm not sure if EA modifies the main enchantment strength (don't use robes often), but it does change the secondary regen effect from a static number to one that scales with your enchanting skill. Might've rebalance it to compensate.

I suppose it's an EA balance then. Which I think might not actually be a bad thing, there would be times when you could stack ludicrous amounts of magicka regeneration. I got used to it and have grown to like it for it's more reasonable approach to regeneration so it's not a big deal anymore. :D

I'm surprised that this mod hasn't got the attention it deserves. Thanks to you I'm finally able to try Enchanting Awakened - I've had in my eye on that one for the last three+ years - much appreciated!
