That requires scripts and that means I would need someone to make scripts. Also in the next version of the mod (0.6) I will most likely be working on Windhelm.
After the vanilla quest No One Escapes Cidhna Mine you kill all the guards in Markarth. With this mod installed, Markarth would remain indefinitely guardless. And what about vampire attacks, dragon attacks, etc? Eventually there will be no guards left in the world. Not criticizing, just pointing out the long term consequences.
If I can get someone to make scripts then the cities would be guarded by whatever faction you decide in the civil war quest line. However the current version is for people going for a "Kill literally everyone" build. Weather it be an assassin or not.
It's bad enough that vampire attacks can kill off citizens, but to purposely kill of the guards????? Instead of "killing" them all off just use the control panel and make them non essential. do this...(~) click on the guard so there ID appears, then "setessential 0" (no quotes) if you like a certain NPC and DON'T want them permanently killed, then (~) Click on the NPC so there ID appears and then "setessential 1". If you see them get killed and want them back quickly, (~) click on the body to show their ID and type in "resurrect", enter, and they should come back to life (sometimes it only short lived) you then need to (while they are still alive), make them essential or they will walk around a bit then drop dead again! DO NOT use the "Markfordelete" command unless you permanently want to remove something from the game completely!
well this mod is interesting but to many mods it can break.
for example say u have a mod that has a step on a guard in markarth. but before u finish the quest or get around to doing it all the guards are killed boom broken quest/mod.
