   your mod only effects the rain and Always Cloudy Weather by megatenP only effects the clouds so does your mod work with Always Cloudy Weather by megatenP?

      change rain particle texture. just change the hue, and you are good to go

      i love raaiiiiiiiiiin seriously it only rains 5 times a year where i live (middle east) and to be honest i miss the rain from the UK so now idk i just love it like crazy! especially rainy nights <3

      Because gloom is calming and beautiful? I personally think sun is ugly and wonder why anyone would want it *not* raining. To each their own.

      I often fall asleep to the 10 hour of rain and thunder vids on youtube, now I can just leave skyrim on!

      I agree with Influat, the gloom, it's like it's own form of beauty, that surpasses a sunny day. Personally, on rainy days, I like to pretend that the day itself is sleepy

   i wish someone could apply wet effects to outdoor textures like the wet river rocks but to everything like fallout 4

   This doesn't work for me - the weather remains unchanged. But after enabling this mod, there is a constant sound of falling rain and additional thunder, even thought the weather remains exactly the same. It could be a clear, sunny day but it still SOUNDS like it's raining. Any idea why?
