I was curious of the same thing so i took my time to check, this mod seems to make them even faster and removes all gravity ( most just set it to 0.2/0.1, this one sets it to 0.0), this also seems to be the most complete mod out of the lot, since it seems to cover all arrows ( including dlc ones and non player arrows and bolts )

TL:DR: This mod covers all arrows and bolts and makes arrows even faster than most mods.

I could not get the mod to load in the NMM. I downloaded it manually (downloading directly to the NMM doesn't work for me for some odd reason) and then tried uploading it into the NMM, but nothing happened. Repacking the file and uploading from the desktop didn't work either.

I realize that I can drag-and-drop the .esp into the Skyrim data folder, but I would prefer to have my total plugins listed match the active plugins listed in the bottom right hand corner of my NMM screen (OCD and all that)

You should make 2 separate .esp's
    One for faster arrows
    One for no gravity

I was having such a hard time hitting my targets with the vanilla archery setup that I had to start using Scoped Bows. Initially, it was because of the all-inclusive package and the setting tweaks that come with the installer. Eventually, it was because Outlaw666's modified bow designs are just that awesome.

But the bound bow still had ridiculously bad range... and that arc? OMFG I added this mod and its "LightSubotai-2xsupersonic30dmg" file to try and improve the situation.

    https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24863/?tab=1&navtag=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D24863%26preview%3D&pUp=1

Faster? Perhaps. But the range was still appalling! So I went on a hunt for additional solutions and found this .ini file tweak on gamefaqs.com and edited my Skyrim.ini file accordingly.

Now I've got the range issue sorted out and scoped bows almost overcompensate for the problems I had before... I actually have to aim at the throat to get a headshot now.
But that scoped bow? I have to aim and adjust for arc. The farther away the target is, the more arc I have to apply, which seems counterintuitive. A bound arrow is more or less a projectile made of light and daedric essences... like a bolt of lightning or a short laser beam burst. Why the hell does a bound arrow require adjustment for arc when arrows made of wood, fletching and steel do not, right?

So when you say this mod "removes the gravity on ALL arrows"...does that include bound arrows? And if so, have you tested it with the Scoped Bows mod and all its tweaks? I'm tempted to try it, but I'm concerned that if it does fix the arc issue with bound arrows... will it not completely screw up the tweaked regular arrows and turn them into missiles!?

It should be completely compatible with any mod that doesn't modify any arrows (as it might undo my modification). Bows is not affected in any way in my mod, only arrows (including bound arrows and crossbow bolts).

To put it simply... Yes it should work perfectly with Scoped Bows.

I'm not quite sure what you mean about the "arc issue". I'm not having any problems at all with bound bow (or its arrows).

      Btw
Many spell projectiles is registered as "missile", while the bound arrow is registered as "arrow" (along with all the other arrows in Skyrim. (Creation Kit)). I only edited the ones registered as "arrow".
