Either some of the colors did not work for me -- for example platinum blonde just resulted in the standard werewolf colors, or this conflicts with Werewolf Mastery.
xEDIT shows and edit to Aeri's House, but it's marked green so it's a dirty edit? Or did you do something to that cell? Also, you should have used dawnguard as a requirment, since there are some data missing. And the unofficial patch. But it's easly fixed with xedit.
Oops I should clean that, I selected Aeri's house at random and was plopping werewolves into it to see how they looked in the render window. I removed them by just undoing the placement instead of deleting, so I didn't think it would be marked as changed.
I edited it without Dawnguard selected but played with it and didn't have any problems... and I don't use the unofficial patch.
Most people do, because most mods do as well, so you may want to consider it yourself at least as an optional download. I already ported it to the Special Edition (for personal use, don't worry) and made all the necessary adjustment, so I can tell you it works perfectly in the Special Edition. Thank you again for creating it.
with respect to henshu can you please give us the link? i am hopeless when it comes to modding and i worry to break my game. Need the SEE version plzzz
I really, really like this mod. It's something I don't see often when it comes to werewolves, and I appreciate it. However, when used with gendered werewolves mods, all werewolves use male meshes. Is there any chance you might add some compatibility for that?
yeah i've been waiting for the gender feature too.
so this is sorta like Automatic Variants, but only for werewolves. AV could get heavy on the scripting resources often. is scripting heavy in this? i'd guess not too bad except when werewolves are around. how often does the script poll?
Agreed. This mod sounds really good but I think most werewolf lovers (!) are likely using gendered meshes. Probably why despite being such a fantastic feature, it isn't particularly popular. Hope you (henshu) get the Skyrim urge soon :D This really does sound like it would be an essential mod!
Omg, thank you so much for this. This is something I literally never thought of and never realized I needed for some reason...and I am SO glad I found it haha. I can finally be a silver werewolf. <3
This mod does exactly what I've been looking for, thank you!
One question I have regarding follower transformations: Do they transform back to human form whenever the player does? Or does it work in a different way?
Edit: Would this mod be compatible with "Lively Followers"? I mean, I don't see any reason for it to be incompatible, but I'm pretty inexperienced with mods so just asking to be safe.
Sorry for the late reply. The follower should transform in either direction simultaneously with the player. I've never used Lively Followers myself. I don't see any reason for it to conflict, but would love to hear your results if you happen to test them together.
If you are using a vanilla hair color then it will assign your character the matching pelt when they transform. I also included a check in case your hair color changes.
