Anyone tested this on SSE? Tried it myself and it totally nullifies any visual effect, also run in through Creation Kit for conversion to the new version.

Wow~~I like your idea. In my opinion this mod is the best artifact Ebony Mail mod. Thank you for this wondful mod.
I expect to change another boring artifact item Oghma Infinium. Sadly, I dont know how to creat a script file. I think an artifact like Oghma Infinium should be lore and eternity but also not break balance. So I have two Versions of Oghma Infinium in my imagination. 1. You can always keep the book and if you keep the the book in your inventory, then you will get a buff that improve all of your skills improved by 5 pionts instead of give you 5 pionts skills in Vanilla. 2. You can always keep the book. When you reading the book, you can chose the path you wished like Vanilla, then the book will give you one of three recoverable '+5 pionts skills pionts buffs ' which you had chosed. You can change the buff in any time by reading the book. How did you think about the Oghma Infinium?

Just happened to notice this and fell in love with the idea of x%hp gives you x effect. However it seems like this makes you always want to keep your HP above 75%. Do you think maybe its possible of adding 1 more effect to it? maybe if health drops below 25% you do more damage or something? Something that gives a sorta, "balls deep" kinda effect, where you risk dying horribly! xD

I think the idea of the mod was actually meant to be a bit lore friendly, as the original armor is just a cloak spell which has nothing to do with Boethia as a deadric lord. The good effects for only high health beings actually is more lore friendly than the original, since Boethia only cares about strength

Personally, I think having it always active would be best instead of a power. Although, you'll still need to deal with unequipping it to avoid the downside. For that, I'd say just keep the current setup, but with the added condition that it only drops your health if you unequip while in combat (or while not at full health).

Oh, and don't forget to link to your new Dawnbreaker release now that it's out. :)

That would probably be best. Have to be out of combat for x amount of time before taking it off, or it turns on you or something.

I agree with both of you, come full release I'm going to change it to a constant effect that activates when you enter combat.

This is a new standart for daedric artifacts, not as basic enchantments weaker than even player`s at skilllvl 100, but finally something i`d like to keep and use.Thank you and keep creating! As a fan of enchanting i never used any daedric aritfacts late in game , it will change now because of you , so can you please make it disenchantable to use on other items?)

I dont think id be able to make it unenchantable unfortunately, the spell is added by a script attached to the armor that fires on equip. Though now that i think about it, it might be able to be added by an enchantment effect that has a script that fires on effect start. Not 100% sure if possible but could be worth looking into.

Just for the record, yes, that would work fine as an enchantment.

groovy xD do you have anything about Nocturnal? like, him/her playing with the luck of the character to the point of hilarious? sometimes being very lucky, then randomly gaining a small/big bounty, or failing a highest pickpocket, or.. well iunno what. the way some people describe Nocturnal is that he/she enjoys messing with the mortal luck 'directly' x3

..not sure if i could describe all that with 'RNG' but.. maybe? x3

really cool idea actually! maybe if i could do the nocturnal armor set some time too, it also looked really cool with a lame effect!

yeah, i often think that my argonian thief char gets a lill too lucky sometimes xD with the default skyrim mechanics and all.
something hilarious happening to him and his gold would always be cool. Especially since i apparently missed Sam Guevenne and his quest while leveling and can't find him anywhere on this playthrough

      anyway, cheers x)

The idea its really good but this i dont think it will work that great in my game, i mean i have mods thatmake my enemies really hit super hard and it will be easy to get tha reduction....
but still i like the concept of your mods... something stronger that has a weakness.

It could be an interesting choice for your character though, an ancient devious artifact that can provide massive protection, but the moment they are weakened slightly (below 75% health) the are killed in one hit! Could be an interesting choice to make in game
