   By "new powers" do you mean the two new passives? Or maybe those passives are because of another mod, probably not though.

   Looks great!
   I'm not planning an argonian playthrough in the near future but I really love the design of this so i will download it for potential later use.

   Does this support vampires, alot of custom races don't.

   Now, I don't play as argonians. However it is nice to see someone making this. You might want to look into making a Requiem patch for it so Requiem users can use your mod.
