For the replacer, this shouldn't be necessary, since it doesn't use an .esp file anyway. For the non-replacer, you could look for a way to merge the plugins. If not, you could just re-make all the armors using the meshes and textures from the other mod. Its a bit of a complicated procedure, but most of the work is already done for you. Note that you may need nifskope to see which textures go where (all armors have multiple 'texture' files, that determine everything form the appearance of the armor, to gloss, to even which parts glow if any). I've done this myself to make stand-alone versions of replacer mods. Its a long-winded procedure, but its more tedious than hard. Honestly, for this it may be easier since it doesn't come with weapons.
