   Edit: I downloaded all the required files but from the neck down she's purple. Is there a missing texture?

      Turns out there's a texture not mentioned in the description that, apparently, I don't have...
      It took me a while but I fixed it. Posting for those who have the same issue:
      
      -Go into the Race menu > Body paint
      -Press T (or whichever button on your controller that corresponds with "Choose Texture" )
      -Remove all the textures from each category/Set to default
      -Repeat these steps with hands and feet
