So with the followers i did a "setrace" command and changed it to a horse which made the character actual size ironically, though i can't use E on them to do anything with them afterwards.
OK. Should've answered back a while ago, but here's the rundown.
AFT works fine to give me back the basic commands (inventory, parting, etc), but I'm still missing most of the typical dialogue, including the extra dialogue for marriage and stewardship (for Heartfire). A clean save didn't help. Although I'm considering re-installing Immersive Amazing Follower Tweaks and do a new save just to check if they're part of the problem.
I keep bringing this in because these are the only followers (including extras followers that I have installed) where it does this. And I'm still trying to figure out where the problem comes from.
Note: I also have "My Home is Your Home", so maybe this is where the problem comes from.

What is the model name to change them back?

If that causes the conflict, what would you suggest as a replacement?
