  Yes every little spec of snow that falls , like 100 % snow fall disabled from all dlc's !

  It would be even better if you just removed the Dense Snowfall/Downpour effects.
  Those are the only ones that really need to be removed.
  Light snowfall and light rain are still good for immersion and don't eat the FPS like the two above.

  i cant figure out how to disable that , i think that both snowfall and rainfall are the same but are overlapped

Removing snow banks from roads would make carriage mods better.
