Can you remove the part where it takes the uchiha spells away from the vendors. Yes it's more immersive, but on the other hand you could want to use the spells to play within your own imagination, there's no point in the restriction tbh, since nothing forces you to get the spells in the first place from the vendors.
if you try to put both kakashis eye and the uchiha eye in at the same time it just tell you that you have asharingan already a nd returns whichever eye you tried to put in to your invenrtory....I had uchiha eye and tried to put kakashis n and it returned it
Lol not really this isn't hard at all anyone can do this and i'm not being modest. I don't know what you consider op or not but if you download https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859/? TES5EDIT you can adjust the values to your liking, that would probably be best that way you can put exactly what you want. Just go to magic effect section and change the values to what you want, if you want to remove the health, stamina, magicka drain on use of some spells open the scripts starting with bbb in creation kit and delete these lines
