Great idea, and I love the design. The images are just too low-resolution for me, however - 1024x1024 looks bad when stretched out on a 1920x1080 screen. I guess it helps with the retro vibe though.
This has developed into an amazing mod. Some of the images are really original and fresh. I would suggest a few things though, if you don't mind.
Remove some of the old images to achieve consitancy; i.e., the ESO images I don't think fit now, but that's just me.
Some of the images have water marks on I think, perhaps these can be removed with something like GIMP? (what I mean is there is a mark on at least one of the images, morthal I believe, which looks like a copyright mark which needs to be removed)
Love the paintings they really bring Skyrim to life, more of these.
The update ULLS: Skyrim is out ! 2 more version will come later: one with a higher resolution and an other one with a lower resolution. The number of total loading screens is 106 ! Give me your feedback

Comme tu demandes de te faire des retours par rapport à la résolution et si problèmes rencontrés, je suis au regret de t'informer que pour ma part, j'ai des soucis avec ladite résolution, sachant que je joue à Skyrim/Oldrim sur un vieux pc portable avec une résolution de, si mes souvenirs sont bons, 1600x900!
Voilà, j'espère voir ce mod aller loin, et j'espère en voir d'autres de ta part, sur Oldrim! Bonne continuation!

Skyrim was so lacking of something like this. Voted for file of the month . I suggest changing the background and some of the icons if possible, to higher resolution images because they look upscaled and somewhat blurry.
Thanks for the suggestion, I will upload 2 versions of the ULLS: Skyrim Update, one with the same resolution and an other one with a higher resolution images
