Ask Google for "Fairies of Skyrim", it's on Lover's Lab, but it's 100 percent not naughty. It just has blue fairies, and they won't fly around you all the time, but it adds them all throughout Skyrim. You can choose how many you want, and for the extra-fun you can become a fairy yourself. There's also a Navi Follower with the mod if you want it, and another one here on Nexus. ^^ So you can at least have 3 fairies with you I think.

Super quick edit in the Creation Kit: Change the Armor slot on each Armor & ArmorAddon to something different and they can all be equipped simultaneously. May be doable in TES5Edit instead maybe?, but the CK was easier for me personally.
The original slot was 60 and I used 53-59 for faeries 2-9. Use whatever slots that are compatible with any other mods you're using. Things like cloaks, piercings, masks or schlongs all use nearby slots, and will unequip otherwise.
ALSO, equip ONE, wait for it to float away a bit, THEN equip another. If you just pop them all on at once while in your inventory, they'll all stick together and you'll only see the one on top.
@JerisEnigma can u add those changes an maybe post them here or something cause i dont know how to use editing stuff? would really love to use more then 1 but even after mentioned how to change it they didnt :(
hello man i've just dl your mod but when i put the command in console and try to get one in my inventory, i can't equip it..... I just hear the son of the fairies but it didn't shows up.... any ideas please ? thanks !
@kaelith it does answer his question when he asked any ideas.An idea would be to use additemmenu like the description says. Not really a moron, but that shoe might fit yours.
it would be damn cool if you make a familiar like some sort of sphere wich interact with the playing in combat like you get a new spell to use the pet as weapon
Hello everyone. I was planning on porting this over to SSE but I am having an issue with the glowing ball part. All other parts work just fine but the glowing head part wont show up in my game unless someone has a solution to that. I ran it through the SSE CK and processed all the meshes thru the NIFOptimizer and they wont show up. I will update this post once I get things working. Also, if its ok with Onota, I would like to make some adjustments to the .esp to allow for adding them to the leveled lists of the game to have players find them in the world as loot and maybe show up in certain vendors inventory.

@zoulou123 change the bodyslot from FX01 - 61 to anything else.
