      i may be really late to the punch here but its the YY Mystic animation pack (i believe that a good chunk of the name)

      Even later to the punch, I think its the dual wield warlord animation from Pretty combat animations.

   this mod is amazing work man! love it >O< btw, do you think you might be able to mod other games to get this kind of anims you make? no pressure, just a suggestion, it would be awesome if you can make a mod like this for Fallout games as well especially New Vegas which is in dire need for cool anims like this? thanks:)

   installed this but my character runs like a gorilla with weapon drawn.
   Did everything correctly (I've installed many animations before)

      Run FNIS tick skeleton arm fix
      Or switch your XPMSE skeleton from HDT, CBB, vanilla
