I'm using it and really liking it. I don't see how it's cheating, maybe if its use gets abused too much. It kind of feels like playing The Witcher, being able to make potions anywhere.

one thing I noticed was that the (quit alchemy?) box still shows up, but it doesn't show on all the rest eg (quit enchanting?). I don't know if this was intentional or not?

Making potions anywhere is realistic, you just carry a pestle and mortar (in fact, I saw a mod which has just a thing). As for the others, yes it is cheating but I'm one of those people with instant access to my home at all times, which has all the stations, so it makes no difference really other than to save me time. I suppose there are means and ways to make it challenging, like using a repair kit for tempering or a spell which consumes magicka for enchanting.

All of the options use the default crafting windows, they're the same whether you do it from the menu or an actual station. The "Quit Alchemy" prompt is incredibly annoying, I hate it with a passion and want it gone but so far I haven't found a way to do that - if anybody knows how to kill it, please let me know!

If is possible could you made a optional version without the storage.

PS: Using TES5Edit I remove all Storage part from the mod
Now is perfect for my gameplay, it will not be possible without your effort.
Thanks again fro the mod Kapteyn.

I'm unsure that it's really necessary. Bear in mind that the ability to access these stations in such a manner is effectively cheating as it is, access to the box really doesn't make much difference in that respect.

Actually, can you tell me if the storage box was even working for you?

No, last time I tested, the storage is showing in the menu but not accessing when selected.

Since the mod is working without errors, I just remove the storage part of the mod for my use because is not working on my end and to maintain the menu aesthetic.

Oops, I didn't even look at your username... just realised it was you.

Anyway, should additional reports come in about the box not opening then yes, I will remove it and upload an optional one. I'll leave it as it is for now, we'll see how it goes.

This is very similar as old mod called Pocket Workstation. For some reason, I can't find it on nexus anymore, it's removed. It worked as wearable ring brought up the menu.

Good that people make new versions of old mods, that can't be found.

ps. It seems that I downloaded Pocket workstation mod at 2014.

Can't say I've ever heard of it, I've had a quick look around and it does indeed seem to be gone. The ring method seems even less convenient than a spell, truth be told I don't think there's a better way to do it than with a shout because it can effectively be ready at all times unless you frequently like to use Unrelenting Force on rabbits like I do.

There was once a mod called "Pocket Workstation"...

      https://modmaidens.com/2016/09/12/pocket-workstation/

Not that Splynter's work doesn't look intriguing, it does.

  5. There is a error
    [00:00] Checking for Errors in [02] CraftyMenu.esp
    [00:00] CraftyCell "Crafty Cell" [CELL:020012C6]
    [00:00] CELL \ XLCN - Location -> [020012C5] < Error: Could not be resolved >
So is not showing the storage option in the shout menu (v1.03).
Great mod but will become even better is have the "oven" option in the menu too.

I gotta say I like the idea of being able to craft and create without restriction. I can see installing this in my game but only using it on an "as needed" basis or when I feel its appropriate in terms of roleplaying, if that makes sense? In the end I'm simply just trying to justify bending/breaking the rules lol... Anyway, I thank you for taking the time and effort to create this mod and sharing it with the community! I don't think I've seen another mod that does what this mod does. I'm honestly surprised at the lack of endorsements, but that will change in about 15 min ;-)

    Thanks again!

      Much obliged.

Yes, it's kinda game-breaking in a way because it goes against the idea of having to work to get stuff in the first place and then some more to improve it. It depends on the player, I am forever beaming back and forth to my base to store things and smelt what I don't need, so this just saves me some of the hassle. Before I had mods for storage I used to spawn things like a smelter in places like Riverwood so I had one easily accessible, now I don't need to.

As for other mods like this, it is actually a rewrite of one...

I don't have SE, no can do. Are you saying that it won't work on SE? If it doesn't then I'll have to make a note of it on the article.

No it won't work on SE. Tried saving the plugin through the CK 64. Still does not work, pity. Thanks anyway.

I absolutely agree, which is why I tagged it as cheating, unbalanced and not lore-friendly. Personally speaking, I use a plethora of storage mods to filter junk into boxes and find myself with a crap load of stuff to smelt so I'm pretty much going to my base to break it all down after every few forts or dungeons. I'm a megalomaniac, I get bandits spawning every other minute and I have seven followers to kit out as well, so the reality is that I'm not adding anything to the game I didn't already have because I can simply go into the Dwemer Cube and do the exact same thing as I'll now be doing on the road - it's basically just saving me the time and effort.

It's a bit like playing Stalker and spending more time hauling a mere 40kg of pristine guns a time, and armour as well in my case, to your box than you do in actually killing enemies to get them - so you just whack the carry capacity up to compensate. It can become a chore - I don't mind grinding to get stuff, I just hate carrying it.
