All weapons and armor can now be fully tempered and have crafting associated perks. Enchantments have been increased in strength or in some cases had new ones added to reflect the ones they have had in Oblivion or Morrowind.
Okay so, this tempering is for the VANILLA perks right?? Since i am using sperg and i would love that have this work with that then.
How much did you change the Base Damage of the Ebony Blade? I haven't used 2h at all so my level is in the 20's and the blade had a damage of 100 upon initially finding it.
Oddly enough, in vanilla Skyrim, the Ebony Blade's damage is based on your One Handed skill instead of your Two Handed skill (though the weapon will still level your Two Handed skill when used).

Functionally better by a country mile, without being incredibly overpowered.
About how you'd imagine a god would enchant a weapon or armor. Just powerful enough to protect the faithful holding/wearing it, as well as to make others fearful of it, without creating something so powerful it would put someone to demigod status just by wielding it.
