I don't mean to be disrespectful, I truly appreciate the idea behind this piece of work, but...I have to say it, someone already did this and in a more extensive way the mod is called "Bounty Gold" check that out, if you would >.<
Actually, there's a number of mods that increase the bounties. There's nothing wrong with reinventing the wheel. Maybe some people will like this one better than the previous ones. Even if no one uses it, making simple changes can help build experience that will lead to other mods that some people WILL use. So there's plenty of reasons to make mods that already exist. I'd rather see yet another mod doing the same thing than no mods at all.
Bounty Gold has indeed not been updated since may 2013. However, it still works just fine, just because it hasn't been updated in a few years doesn't mean it's outdated. Just use whatever mod you like best. ;)
If it works (didn't try it yet) this one is better because it is easily mergeable with Tes5Edit... You don't have nasty script and new record to add in this one, you just copy the esp in this mod over your own personal esp.
