My next mod is underway, it will have a color theme like this one does and opposing factions. but it will be red the bright cheerful kind vampire hunters verses the dark crimson red vampires. Male armor will be both weights and again be a male version of the female armor as in fit the male high and low weight... yes has a skirt. Not gay at all, male Romans, Celts, Scotts, and Irish wore basically skirts. It has cloaks and capes(difference is the hood). I am thinking of using the same jewelry except swap the teardrop gem for a heart which means completely remake them lol.

The hunters armor will be the same breastplate as in this mod and the vampires will have another with the breast similar to the mod Ebony Lace with one set of the vampire armor being see through so a hint of nipple is visible, a darker circle really like some of the dresses famous singers and actresses wear at award shows. That will be the vampire leaders armor and it will be unique.
The mod will be integrated into Dawngaurd's random vampire verses vigilant system I think. The hunters gear can be crafted anywhere while the vampires will be special. Vampires will have a new home base with maybe one or two in Castle Volksomethingorother. Hunters will be at Stendars Beacon or in a town as well as randomly wandering.
The weapons will be this mods set but with red instead of purple with vampire drain enchantments. hunters enchantment only works against vampires or just a straight damage boost?
No new spell though.
*Edit Vampires will have dark steel weapons like this mod does while the hunters will have the same weapons in bright steel. and all new cubemap for all Vampires gear.. makes metal reflect red instead of white and looks awesome with the amor.
I have a suggestion man. can you retexture the ebony parts of the armor and make it unique. I love the armor but it would be cool if it will have its own texture. Also can you give the weapons a golden touch of textures. I really like your mod specially the weapons with glowing purple I feel badass just by using it.
Overestimating my texture capabilities, there's a reason it is pretty much stock Ebony Mail. I do agree with you but it is just outside my skillset to retexture something.
The weapons in the next set won't work with gold when red and silver is the theme. This mod shouldn't have had any gold in the jewelry because it doesn't fit but that was my bad, I had almost all the jewelry done then realized it doesn't fit and it's either make twice as many items silver, swap that texture in too many files, or just ignore the gold. Then here I am making a new set where gold would do well against the red theme except the Vampire hunters will be silver and red while the vamps will be red and red. Vamps have black/charcoal steel while hunters will have bright so there is a contrast between the factions.
Although I am thinking of changing the hunters color theme to blue and silver since there's already allot of red.
Vampire armor for male and female is done but I started on an iteration of my first 4 female followers. Decided to make them unique "armor" and weapons specifically for them for their skills. Then did custom bodies and textures, 3 dimensional pubic hair, and genital mesh. Vampire set may never be finished, not that anyone cares.

Came here because I thought it was a TopCow Witchblade armour set. Not what I expected, but it still looks very nice, so I'm gonna take them for a spin soon.
Augh OK, I knew of the comic just never knew the name of the company that publishes it. The only thing I really know of the comic is from the 90's TV series and it should have been called Magic Gauntlet Dagger or Bracelet. Also I know witchblade the word is older than the comics and is a generic term that means "A witch that uses a blade" also a witches blade. Also it is the female version of Spellsword or Spellblade.
If a mod author cares to make the set from the comics/short lived TV show "The Witchblade" would be a most appropriate mod name. I used the term in the generic sense and adding "The" would be specific.
This armor looks fantastic. Thanks for making it! I'm having a problem with the panties though. I gave the armor to a companion and it is showing that she is wearing them in her inventory but she is definitely not wearing them which is obvious given how short the skirt is. Any thoughts on why they may not be showing up?
I love this mod as well, but I'm having the same missing panties problem. It shows as being equipped, but doesn't appear visually on the character's body. The panties aren't visible on my player character, my follower, or even on the bodies of the Witchblade Outcasts that I have come across. Love the mod, though. The missing panties aren't that big of a problem for me and doesn't take away from the quality of the mod with it's armor, spells, appearance and function. Great job and very nice work! Thank you!
lol true. I use CBBE (nude version) so it was awkward sneaking behind my companion and getting a peep show. I know you get a lot of dumb questions about suggestions so that is not what I'm doing. Im just curious if you plan on, or are, thinking about quests or creating a witchblade guild or something like that. I think that would be pretty spectacular. Maybe it could be an entirely new guild for the game and the members are tied into the type of armor they use. Not sure if you can code scripts (I can do textures, meshes, etc but I haven't the faintest idea about scriptwriting. Anyway, let me know what you think. Thank again!
I'm afraid this is it for this set, I wanted to do a revision of the armor for my female character and have a complete weapon and jewelry set to match it. I already used the armor, spell, and an early version of the sword.
Interesting idea but I cannot animate the particle effects to use with armor. The smoke coming off the weapons doesn't have any mesh at all to skin to a bone so they move with armor, and the spell's fire in the hand works the same as all weapons do. It attaches to a node and the node is what moves bringing whatever is attached to it along. The glowing ball on the enchanted weapons wont work either without breaking the partice effect itself.
I cannot replicate this issue and thus cannot troubleshoot it. If someone else is having the same issue maybe they might have some details as to what's going on. But if you can go to Witches Rest and use the forge and check to see if all the weapons are visible in the crafting menu and that there isn't a big red and white square someplace there then there is a mod conflict.
Issue is for English speakers who don't want to use a French to English translator is there looked like a missing mesh in the Abandoned Prison, I asked for a screenshot and now he gets a CTD or the game hangs on loading the cell.
