This item's already added to a table in the archmage's quarters by the unofficial patch (I think it's the unofficial patch anyway) This mod is literally useless
Yeah it's missing the +50 enchant, it's missing the hood. You'd have to assume that the hood has that part, since all the other mage hoods have the +magicka enchant. You can use your own hood, helmet, circlet or whatever and potentially have more than +50 on it.
