This is a re-creation based on the patch provided by DruNinja for the SSE versions of Ordinator and BS: Bruma here for Oldrim.
The goal of this patch is to provide a conflict resolution between BS: Bruma's modified Investor perk, which integrates it's own equivalent of the investor dialogue quest for Cyrodiil, and Ordinator's own Investor perk. I didn't see a Oldrim version uploaded anywhere yet, so i decided to upload this simple patch for those who can't be bothered, and save the orginal author the trouble.
