   XPMSE addresses this issue for BBP/TBBP/HDT users in the later versions. The installer provides options to install BBP/TBBP/HDT-compatible skeletons for ALL creatures/NPCs, including draugr (Potema's faction in-game). I installed all the provided skeletons just to address issues like the Potema CTD & eliminate the possibility of other skeleton-related crashes. XPMSE can be found here:

      Yeah, I know about XPMSE and have used it in the past. However, I made this mod for those that don't use the extended version of XPMS or use a skeleton that doesn't alter other creatures or npcs.

   Weird i didn't encounter a CTD when im fighting potema even i use a Clothing replacer :/
   
   But nahh Gotta download once the exam is End ^^

      The CTD only happens when the mesh replacer that you are using requires a custom skeleton to support BBP, TBBP or HDT.

   ice! seems like a great solution. do u happen to know the Potema boss skeleton base ID so i can spawn it quickly to see if i she would crash for me in the first place?
