Can you please help or anyone. I use racemenu version, but it's look nothing like yours, I have all the requirements. And its not picking ks. But still, should I have to do something else?

If you are using ECE, there is nothing special i can suggest. The ECE file is just a j.slot file. The one you have. ECE may create special results if you have a large amount of mods. With a lot of mods, ECE may change some settings in the import process.
The face shape can't change, so you have the good result.
Maybe try to change "brows" with the sliders. Brows have an important impact on the result. She has very light brows
I don't know the architecture of Fallout 4 and how headmeshes are done in FO4. So, i can't answer to your question. Maybe search on Nexus,in the FO4 category, or on forums, to find informations about conversions Skyrim/FO4.

- ECE presets are for LE and compatible SE
- Racemenu presets are only for LE
