The mod is much more than a "spell mod" it adds two-three unique followers, 1 edited follower (Illia) and various unique summon spells with their own respective "task" to get them, and a story that links them all together c:

I can't believe a year has already gone by to think this entire loosely formed quest and magic mod started from just two presets. I wanted to explore what it would be like not to just bring Final Fantasy into Skyrim but also what if there were others who wanted to get to the bottom of why dragons were coming back and sought to stop them.
I completely fell in love with Carbuncle so I wanted to ask : Is it possible to have it as a character ? Through a preset or a custom race I don't know. I've read a comment and if I understand well there is preset in the merged file ? But will it work with ECE instead of RaceMenu ? If yes how ?
Sorry, I know it can be dumb question but I am not really skilled with all the option offered by all the character creation mods but I really REALLY love Carbuncle x)
I'm very happy you like him, I made him through racemenu! He was made in part because of how disturbed I became when I saw younger looking male followers that were made using female head nifs, and UNP textures... I was like why are people going through so much trouble? He was originally suppose to look like Tidus but I gave up and went in another direction because I couldn't use the outfit someone ripped from FFX.
I read your post and attempted to recreate him through ECE and was unable to, I used racemenu's vertex edit feature that is just superior to ECE because you can see the head mesh and how your edits are affecting it and the user interface in my opinion for ECE is just (to be blunt) weird for me. For instance ECE can export a character head but not load one..... the CME_save goes under documents but the Character Gen file where you exported heads is in the SKSE CharGen file.
I've looked for ways to pack the jslot (racemenu character file) to a CME_Save "common TriRaces.slot" file but that didn't give any results.
I'm still pretty new to modding, so it's beyond my skills to make a race out of a character. I've seen other races that have their own unique body mesh and facegen files but I don't know how really to do it on my own. I can maybe learn from other race mods that do this, but it would be a while before I would as I'm still working on other mod projects for instance this one (really just looking at how to fix some of the spell to not also target followers... I need to remove the world inserts or make the thrones teleport the player to their individual temples ), and my edits to Aether Suite (ASKnox) which right now is a mess!
I'll reupload Carbuncle's files for you and his preset files but for now, the only way to use them is through race menu.
Woaw, it's already huge that you made so much testing and all to try to make it compatible with ECE. It's so kind of you, thank you ! *-*
But I understand the problem and thank you for trying. Nevertheless I'm starting to do a new clean install of skyrim on my new computer so using racemenu this time won't be a problem (and even SAM ! I wanted to try ! <3). So thank you for sharing the preset, it will made that new game even better !

I would love to use this mod looks awesome but i,m not going to download 5 other mods just to use it. so if u make version thats a all in one with no requirements accept the game and dlc,s i,ll try it
I have these requirements as mainly soft requirements, the necessary mods is the skeleton XPMSE, your choice of body mods, SKSE (script extender which is needed by XPMSE and a whole host of other mods on the nexus), and the dragon wings for Ifrit.
The other mods that are required are the requirements for the mods I've already stated are needed for this one.

when i try to open skyrim it wont open but only with ff skyrim se in my load order i used loot and vortex to install it but it still wont work please help and i have had this problem since the day it came out the 25th
This mod is excellent, but still not what I want, I like the FF12 Zodiack and FF13, congratulations for the mod, miss the FF12 Espers and gameplay and equipment FF13.

As a Final Fantasy fan and someone who likes to recreate other worlds in Skyrim, I see a lot of Buster Swords and Masamune, even hair for Cloud - which are great, and necessary for what I want to do, but more unique parts of the FF multiverse are missing... I've looked all over for "ball weapons" (throwable sports balls) but couldn't find any... Do you think you could do a stand alone mod that has usable Blitzballs?

I agree I wish I had the know how to create quest events so that when she's summoned she'll have a dialouge With summon spells they treat any non-animal actor as a zombie so they get zombie moans unless it's a Daedra Lord and then they have that gurgle water voice. I wanted to get the dialogue "I've got your back" from the sultry female voice to play when she's summoned and after battle for her to say "Still here." From the same voice pack. But there are so many steps involved just to make it possible D:
You can also visit the temples and fight your way through the necromancers and mages or "Old Gods Worshipers" who are preforming rituals. I wanted to make the song of the fayth play in these temples but I don't know how...
Also wanted you to follow Yuna to the temples or search for them with her an script her praying and you defending her while she does but I cannot script :D
