If you've only got the dependencies because you're not sure how to get rid of them, then here's how.
In the CK, check your mod as the active file. Click details. Select the master to remove. Press ctrl-delete. Repeat. Load file. Save. Anyone who uses this must have the masterfile or the game would crash, so it might be worth it to remove them.
Either way, this looks really good. I once made a mod (unreleased) which adds wolf packs, and at a high enough level (somewhere around 10) it starts adding beta wolves, and then around 20-ish it starts adding alphas (one alpha and one beta per pack, of course). It'd be neat to have these dire wolves as the alphas. That'd fit really nicely. It's a potential alternative you might make if you wanted. It was pretty simple. Just added a leveled actor (pack) to the leveled wolf list, where the pack was set to use all results <= level. As long as they were kept kind of rare, it worked really well. (Though I did have to disable it when I installed asis lol. Having a wolf pack is cool. Having asis duplicate each wolf in the pack, where each duplication may result in its own pack was game-crashing lol.)
