Nope:} Not for low pc. ENB - OFF - 52 fps ENB - ON - 22 fps Intel Core i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30 GHz, 4,0GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT 630, 1920 x 1080. P.S. ENB for a weak computer does not exist. I found only one - Stakado Cinemascope ENB (- 15 fps), but looks terrible.
actually there is one, just have to use older enb files i think from 200 version it cost 0 fps loss, but comes without sun rays and some other things, still looks better than sweetfx. This one for example -> http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15425/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D15425%26preview%3D&pUp=1
You could give Dreamer ENB a try. It's not a bad ENB (in my opinion) and it is extremely lightweight. It is a pretty old ENB though - so you do miss out on some modern features of newer ENB's (like ENB Boost).

uh, 10 core & dual graphics cards? that's not even close to low end. never mind ultra low end. unless you're saying you made it for people with low end pc's.
