Ignoring Elder Scrolls lore and mechanics and written lore and mythology and real porphyrias, I want this mod. I've played Skyrim for at least a thousand hours since it came out (easily, over several installs, restarts, near-full-clears, etc). Sun damage is a nifty effect that was amusing to work around the first few times, but all the quest givers go inside and start writing trespassing bounties to the guard whenever it's time for me to come out and play. I want to play in the sun once in a while (and High-leveled enemies, Deadly Dragons, Legendary, etc otherwise make in-sun-combat impossible). Maybe for this game, screw your lore.

If you unistall while not being a vampire, you will still get the sun debuff.
