If your mod increases the walk speed for all humanoids, then the "same walk and run speeds" mod would not be needed right? Because you just increased all walking speeds to the same amount I assume, correct?
I am looking for an option to keep Player's walk up with NPC's fastwalk. If I understand it right, 'Same Walk and Run Speeds' annihilates the very idea of fast walking and jogging, it makes NPC walk slow, right? I wish your mod affect Player only. Is that possible?
I believe Same Walk and Run Speeds is what you're looking for, it will keep NPCs at approximately the same speed as you.
Unfortunately, the number I edited for this mod affects all humanoid NPCs, so it will affect everyone. I'm not sure if there is any good way to only change the player's walk speed.
Very useful if you want to jump further when combined with a jump height increasing mod. Jumping is tied to walking in Skyrim, and so if you increase your walk speed, you can also increase your jump distance if you increase height as well. Love this.

player.setav speedmult <X> (X: 103 to keep it up with Mirabelle, probably other meaning for other NPCs).
