This version adds a new forgery system to Extra Crafty. Forgery allows you to create scrolls that can be used to scheme, scam, and subvert Skyrim to bend to your will.
I've also added a couple of new recipes to create base-game items, and changed a couple of recipes and conditions to make use of the Golden Quill.

Ever wanted magicka batteries? Welcome to Aether Crystals! The lesser power Magicka Coffers can be toggled on and off at will. While active and with Aether Crystals in your inventory, if your magicka drops below 10%, an Aether Crystal will be consumed per second to restore 100 magicka each.
I've also made the Mysterious Tome not teach the Create Spell Tome power directly. Instead, the Mysterious Tome can now be crafted into various spells for Extra Crafty at the forge (Create Spell Tome, Create Aether Crystal, and Magicka Coffers currently).
- added Create Aether Crystal concentration spell (every 3 seconds costs 100 magicka and 3 Aether Dust to create 1 Aether Crystal)
- added Aether Crystals (worth 18; weighs 0.1; restores 100 magicka via Magicka Coffers lesser power, 50 if eaten)
- added recipe to convert 1 Aether Crystal back into 3 Aether Dust at a smelter with Aetherius Gloves
- added Magicka Coffers lesser power (toggleable; consumes an Aether Crystal per second to restore 100 magicka when player magicka falls below 10%)
- changed Create Spell Tome ingredients (–10 Aether Dust, +2 Aether Crystals)
- changed Black Soul Gems to only be created at night (8pm-6am)

Introducing the shiny, new Crafty Tool and whetstones!
The Crafty Tool is a multitool that's required for many EC crafts and augments going forward. This too also acts as a lighter-weight version of a Woodcutter's Axe and a Pickaxe. One tool to rule them all.
Whetstones are essentially poisons that you create from Charcoal and three ore (save for the Dragonbone which only requires one). The cause a direct damage, and also apply a bleed effect to the target of your next swing/shot. The damages and durations increase with the quality of material.

Just some changes to the Dragonborn Goulash and a minor alteration to Bladed Gauntlets to fix Iron/Steel not working quite as intended in some cases.
