I added a non elf eared Sculpt that i Tried to make look as normal as possible hope you enjoy
Edit: Eeee.... lemme rough out the edges a bit...
Edit2: Okie the ears dont look like they are made out of roughly chiseled stone now, after you asked for a non Elf ear version i just quickly and roughly used the Sculpt tool to De-Stretch them, Should like fine now (In my opinion)

This preset works if you first load the preset then the sculpt on all races but:
Arognian
Khajiit
Orc (cuz the teeth)
So yeah if you want this to work on any race aside those 3 just:
Go to the Presets tab, press F9 > Load Madria
Go to the Sculpt tab, Press F9 > Load Madria
