Within mere minutes of me re-publishing this awesome mod, the naysayers started piling on with questions about 'are these wings animated or are they just door knockers' or some such silliness. Well, I know a thing or two about knockers, and knickers too, and these aren't either of those.

I am SO sorry I have not seen this post until today, October 23! The Nexus no longer defaults to "all games" when going through Notifications, and I've been playing and modding SSE almost exclusively for a couple of years, so all I was seeing were my SSE notifications. Pereversely, when I got through all of my SSE Notifications and hit "Delete All," Nexus happily followed that instruction, deleting even the Notifications it had never shown me. By the time I discovered this behavior in August, the notification about this post was long gone. So sorry.
I played around with glowy Angel Wings a bit tonight, and here are the results so far:

I took the screenies at night, and it seems to me they are both a bit too bright still, but when I reduce the glow you can't tell they're glowing during the daytime! So I'm still working on them. Also, the pics are from SSE with my ENB running, so again, I'll have to do further work and testing to verify that they are not too bright without the ENB, then figure out how to tone them down WITH my ENB running.
Once I get them where I think they're credible, I'll migrate my work to SLE and upload a new version that includes them. Meanwhile, any comments on the screenies above are welcome.
can anyone tell me where to find the gown up there in the 3rd and 4th pics?
I can't, I got the pics from FavoredSoul's original Oldrim mod and he's retired from modding and I haven't heard from him in a long time. You might want to post your question (with a copy of the images) on the Lovers Lab "What is, Where is" thread.
You're going to hate this answer, but it's the best I can do: the only armor I can identify is the 4th image in User Images, the one from lesjones labeled "Thank You" - it is Merta Assassin by DeserterX and Mitosuke.
The reason I don't know about the other images is that I didn't provide any of them- they have my name on them because I uploaded them, but all of them were retrieved from other people's private archives of FavoredSoul's mods because he had already taken all of his mods down before I contacted him and got permission to republish them- his brilliant work is too good to allow his mods to simply vanish into obscurity.
I'm sorry I can't identify any of the other armors shown- maybe some other users will respond.
Here's the dealio- with quite a bit of help from a couple of FavoredSoul fans who don't wish to receive public credit, I managed to find a lot of the images from archived versions of his old mods even though they were all taken down in the past couple of weeks. I recognized that many of them were user-submitted screenshots, but Nexus will not allow me, as the 'owner' of this mod page, to upload them to the User Images section, so my only choices were to upload them to the Mod Images section or simply omit them. Obviously, I chose not to omit them.
TL; DR: I don't know. Not my monkeys, even though it is my circus now.

The wings are in my conversion of Ultimate Assortment by Favored Soul-SSE.
