Very nice and sweet looking preset. And while you have been sliding the slides creating her, I have been getting a very fun mod working in my game. It is called Familiar Faces and allows me to turn my friends presets into followers, temporarily, without learning Creation Kit. Much fun, you will see some of your presets as followers in my game now.
Just got out of game. It wouldn't run with the Hair mod, on the verge of crash with 205 plugins. I have Loshirai14's mod though and tried to find a hair that kept the essence of your preset. One thing I did not do was change any facial structure since you provide a sculpt. Here's a few shots at the shrine of Familiar Faces, your preset used twice in one frame, LOL.

i'm running 254 plugins and appx 10 are merged esp's with anywhere form 4 to 8 mods merged. gives ya a lot more to play with. i am always looking for clothes for Luthien or is it her looking for clothes, uh oh maybe i need to break away from this for awhile = ha ha.
the shots of Medea look great. i find the 3rd one spectactular.
