Hey Vyxenne, do you think you can add an unenchanted version of the sword? I would do it myself, but I don't know how. I really want to add in my own enchantment to this because I want to have a sword that is comparable to Auriel's Bow and add in sun damage to it.
Someone else asked for the same thing a couple of posts down. I took a look at it but it doesn't look like I can do it- I don't have the 3d modeling skills. Sorry.
I've been wondering does the enchantment on it actually do anything or does it just put in that little bit of lore? cause when I take it to an enchantment table it gives me the option to destroy it to learn the enchantment, but I can't find out what the actually enchantment does.
The sword has 3 magic effects on it: *Fire damage that scales with level and perks *Shock damage that scales with level and perks *"Cleansing Light" which is described as "Demons cannot stand before the Cleansing Light" implying that it is especially effective against vampires.
However, I don't actually know what "Cleansing Light" is, and UESP lists only the quest by that name, no magic effect by that name.
Cleansing Light is a turn undead effect and Retribution is the shock damage. The fire damage enchant doesn't seem to apply to the weapon. It's included in the ESP but not actually used. Maybe it's an oversight or a leftover from a previous version.
Have you ever considered (or heard of) a sword named Elsydeon from the Phantasy Star series? Came out on the Sega Genesis. I know, a long time ago. It'd be nice if someone did that sword and put it in the game.
I think it would be cool if the player has to first find the three pieces of the sword before they do something to repair it and use it. Like in Diablo 3

If you already have the main file installed (which I'm sure you do) then just grab the optional file and let it overwrite the main plugin.
I tested it by Tempering it to Legendary and adding a couple of uber-enchantments to it at the Arcane Enchanter. As you can see, it all worked fine.
Enjoy!
