he is likely a custom follower, the question to me is.: does he use the vanilla argonian voice? does he have anything that makes him a bit more depper and unique, and not a new bot that will follow the player the fist time you bump at him?
he is the Argonian prisoner at Northwatch, he uses the vanilla Argonian voice and dialogue for generic Argonians and followers, unfortunately he doesn't really have a whole lot of customisation as i was trying to keep more with the lore for Northwatch; he has simple stuff, except for the hunting bow which i can't remove from his inventory...
