However. If i copy your "femaleheadFreckles.dds" rename the copy to plain old "femalehead.dds" her face texture works. But by default you do not include a "femalehead.dds" with Narri and Tekla. Which doesn't seem to effect Narri's head, but for me this always effects Tekla's head. So maybe you do have it set for Narri to use "femaleheadFreckles.dds", but Tekla does not seem to be set up in the same way? And needs a "femalehead.dds"?

Edit: i uploaded an image of Tekla's facegeom file loaded up in NifSkope which does seem to confirm that Tekla's face is wanting to use "femalehead.dds", not "femaleheadFreckles.dds" .. while Narri is correctly set to using "femaleheadFreckles.dds" - which is probably why her head shows up and Tekla's doesn't.
I couldn't find what was wrong with her for some users, because she works fine in my game. Somehow I didn't upload one texture file, d'oh! I'll upload a fix soon
Narri is such a girl-next-door heart throb now. She looks perfect!
You do a great job of keeping the original proportions and general look; Tekla is actually kinda pretty and normal-looking now, yet still looks shockingly recognizable. You did the same with Oriella, who I also downloaded. That's some talent!
Nice that you noticed, I actually start my replacers with vanilla heads, and then I edit them in Racemenu. I try to keep them close to vanilla but make them a bit nicer looking.
Check my other replacers if you haven't yet, and I'll do more later when I have the time
Which other NPCs are you working on? I've been dying for a decent makeover for Endarie, and have hoped the author of Bijin NPCs might make one (she's on his to-do list), but he seems to be off the modding radar any more.
I love what I've seen of your work so far - you strike just the right balance and don't go overboard.

I use The Ordinary Women http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70547/? for Endarie, but I edited her a bit for my personal use (made her a bit more highelf looking: skin more yellowish, yellow highelf eyes, highelf normal map etc), but I still might do it someday because she got an annoying neck seam after I edited her lol Oh I really hope that author of Bijin NPCs will make her, his work is amazing and Bijin mods was the reason I got addicted to NPC edits
The author of the Bijin mods is amazing! He's an artist - truly. I don't know how he does it. I've spent the last two years tweaking my character I play with and I know I'll never even come close to making her look as good as what he's capable of creating.

If I remember correctly, Bijin has an all in one and individual mods so you can pick the ones you like If you mean my mod, I'm not currently planing on doing an all in one mod, because I have so few of them. Someday if I make lots more of them I'll probably make an all in one version In the meantime, if you want to merge my esps into one to save esp slots, you can do it yourself with tes5edit, it's very easy! I'm not sure but I think I figured out the problem: After you've overwritten this mods skin textures with yours, copy your femalehead.dds and rename the copy to femaleheadFreckles.dds Narri uses uniquely named face texture so that's propably the problem. Let me know how it works!

I haven't used that mod myself though so I don't know if it still works, it hasn't been updated since 2012... I will do a makeover for her at some point though!
Very nice, it's good to see there still are modders who don't make total sluts out of skyrim women. I would love too see other NPCs overhauled by you in this style (and then ported in SE )

1. Copy these textures from Data\textures\actors\character\female
