I've been running this mod since it was released. In preparation for a new play through I ran DynDOLOD and now Whiterun has several low-rez billboard trees along with the normal ones. It doesn't replace all of them, maybe a third. It pretty much ruins the effect. I suppose I could skip the Whiterun worldspace when running DynDOLOD, but it would be better to get it fixed. I don't know what that would involve, though.
Disable the ESP. Then run Dyndolod. Then enable the esp. I'm now running a couple mods like this "Blue Palace Nights" You have to do that "disable" any esp that adds new objects to an interior space. Otherwise, you'll just get the billboards in game. That's how I understand it anyway. I just found out you can use Dyndolod to generate 3D billboards! Hopefully this helps. You're right this is a great whiterun mod. And it doesn't conflict with SMIM, like many of the others. For me that's huge, because I love parallax.
Looks nice. There is a mod called Whiterun 2.0 which is also very similar, but I am not seeing any activity there. Maybe you can merge the two after consulting with that author?
He answered me and he accept that i merge the mod. So in the next update i will make it and try to make my mod compatible with others(like Breezehome Front Porch...) If you have any mod to suggest just let me know.
I really like this small mod, it doesn't overdo. I hope you can do the same for other cities. Whiterun needed trees and you gave it trees. Just perfect.
Thanks so much for making the mod compatible with Breezehome Front Porch! If you find the time, there is a tree added by your mod, just a little way up the street from Breezehome, that is partially inside a brazier added by ELFX Enhancer. I could just delete that tree, but I don't really want to get rid of any of the trees you added.
Oops! Nevermind! You already fixed that tree as well.
Thanks for this!....looks great. I can confirm it does not affect performance, as I am using Vista with a Core Duo E 5500 2.6 GHZ with a 9800 GT 512MB video card. Gives Whiterun the ambience it needed without being too complicated. This is the only one I can find that maintains FPS and still looks good
Just tested it with JK's Whiterun. Looks 99% compatible, I spotted only 1 minor thing - when you're going up by stairs to Companions forge, a tree is growing through the arc. Added some shots as well as shot with marked tree that has minor conflict with JK's mod. Great work sir! P.S. In my opinion, as JK's mod is really popular, you can just remove this single tree or move it a few feets, so not even need to create a patch as the rest of the city is looking absolutely great
I use a simple little mod called Breezehome Front Porch and I wondered if this mod would conflict with it. Actually, there is now a tree in the outside sitting area that enhances the area for me.
Thank you for the feedback and happy that you like it I will make an update where i will adapt some area to make them compatible with other mods. If you know any other mods that you like and modify Whiterun just say it and i will try to make them compatible.
I didn't know there was already a mod doing this. Sorry i didn't search a lot before creating my own so :/ ... If it is really a problem i will delete the mod.
It isn't a rip-off as you can clearly see. There are much more trees placed in that mod than this. @author: Thank you, this looks very performance friendly, I will try out and endorse.

Can you do Solitude and Riften?
Thank you for the feedback

Nice mod, no performance impact. Endorsed.
