I am writer and can help out with the story. Other than that I cannot really help you out as I am not a computer designer of any kind and do not have time to do voice acting.
I'm liking the look of this very much and am tracking to see what you do with this. I would hope that you maybe bring in something along the lines of the DB but maybe Guardians rather than assassins..... It kinda looks like that type of place to me a "Superman" base a place of good rather than evil, you could recruit others to join you, like the Knights of the Nine type, but you are there to protect rather than kill, settle disputes with cunning and words, with violence being a last resort type of thing.
