If you guys have a question, or need my attention, please hop over to the SE Version comments. I don't come over here to classic Skyrim Nexus enough to be helpful.
FAQ:
- This does not alter any core CoW quests. All quests are complete-able. The Illusion tomes for the Master quest are still in their original location, though they can fall to the floor and slid a bit away. This is a base game issue, and there's a link in the description to more info on it.
- RLO doesn't need a compatibility patch.
- No NPCs, leveled lists, inventories, etc have been touched. All NPC mods are compatible.
- There shouldn't be any hard incompatibilities with any mods that add smaller things to the College. Just make sure to load MCoW after them.
Damn shame that Spellcrafting in Skyrim is conflicting with this mod. The spellcrafting station.and vendor are right smack dab in the pantry (pic 15 in Images section).
the stone golem suddenly stopped working to level up mage skills. Had got destruction to 39, quit the game to go do something. When I came back to the game, I hit the golem with lots of destruction spells but didn't get any experience?? The golem still has its special effects working, but I'm not getting any experience from my destruction spells. Left the college to do some quests, outside the Hall of Elements I still get experience if I use spells in combat. Not sure what the issue is?
Really enjoying this mod for my mage play-through! It's well done, immersive, and aesthetically gorgeous. This mod paired with CRF & NPCs makes the mage's college actually feels like a living, breathing institution as opposed to an afterthought thrown in by Bethesda. Happily endorsed!
I've noticed this as well with some particular plant meshes. Worse so when using certain model replacers for the plants as well. I'll probably have to redo the area at some point.
