New Important Update: It's been several months since taking a break from curating Real Estate or any of the other mods I previously got permission to work with, and a lot has changed and a lot has stayed the same. Still Cronically ill but I've recently been feeling better for a much longer period than I've experienced in quite a few years... It's too soon to know if I'll feel well enough to come back and get a team together to continue working on Real Estate and the other Projects I was interested in undertaking but for Now I just wanted to let you guy's know that I'm not dead, and I haven't forgotten about Real Estate... I'm just continuing to take things slow and steady for now. Thank you for handling yourselves so well during this time, seeing people help each other out in the comments section is really encouraging to see.
People are free to make compatibility patches for any and all mods available on the nexus and other sites. Add them to Real Estate, do whatever you want, you can even get donations and credit points for them if you want, I really don't care... Actually I encourage it.
So yeah, go for it, if you know how to do it then go right ahead.

Current Projects (2020): Fixing and polishing the current version of Real Estate. Creating a brand new version of it with more features and greater stability and efficiency.
I absolutely LOVE this mod, but I've been running into a problem. I'll have bought a building and, when I look at the sign, it'll say 0 days until I receive income, but when I update my ledger, it doesn't show any income available and there isn't anything in any of the safes. I've changing the number of days until income is ready and that worked once, but then didn't work again. I have both the RE v3.0.2 Core and the RE v3.0.2 Shell. Any suggestions? TIA!
Edit: The income seems to be showing up now, but I've now noticed that in certain holds, the properties keep defaulting to "None" on the income, so I have to keep going back and changing them. This happens in Winterhold, Dawnstar, Morthal, and sometimes Falkreath. So far, Markarth, Whiterun, Windhelm, and Riften seem to be unaffected.
Hi, I found most of the buildings have no property sign. I only found one small house in Riverwood and one small house in Whiterun can be purchased . please help thanks!
Yes i passed the tutorial. Found the safe and made my first income. Now is on the stage that " Create your own real estate" But I just dont see many property signs that show outside most if the buildings. BTW im 1.6.40 AE version. Thanks!
Then you should install the correct version for the SSE/AE version of the game, and conduct further enquiries on the SSE/AE pages, you might even find your problems known and solved there.
Okay, maybe someone can help me: I might be blind, but I cannot find the safe in Mistveil Keep. But there "should" be a safe in every Jarl Palace. Can someone help me out?
I can't remember where it is (well over a year since I had Skyrim installed) but you might have a mod that overwrites that area, I believe all of the safes are linked (but, I've been wrong in the past) so you might try retrieving goods and gold from any other. Failing that you can look through the CK to find it's location, or try moving the mod down your load order.
Thx for the answer! I put the esp very low in my loadorder, but no safe in Mistveil Keep (as far as I know I have no Mods installed that change the interior of the palaces). The CK doesn´t work for me, I don´t know why and I don't want to spend time to find out why. I just need to check the safes in the other Palaces (yes, they are linked).
Yep, I have looked everywhere in the Palace. Windhelm too, I just couldn´t find the safe. Well, at least the Dragonsreach safe and the Blue Palace safe work for me. Thx again!
Lol, that's the one I used all the time, I had the Drunken Dragon shop (west of Whiterun) and Fort Highwood (east of Whiterun) so that was my go to area.
please add compatiblity patch's for each of these mods : bathhouse - Books of skyrim - solitude reborn basic - winterhold reborn v1.3 - helgen reborn v105_3. i use these and there is a lot of buildings added that should be purchasable. i would appreciate it very much.
Mod seems to work for the most part. I got goods from Mine and a farm in the safe. The only issue i see so far is the signs to purchase property come and go. They seem to rotate around a city every time i visit. They are still there though if you look in the right spot the sign is there just not visible and you can interact with it.
I guess you may have a conflict with another mod, it's been a long time since I played Skyrim but the signs were never hidden for me, you could try dropping the mod down the load order.
i updated my game to a newer version and reinstalled the mod, and the sign in my save file r invisible any possible fix? is it bevause of a save file, do i have to start a new game?

Have you tried the corridor at the back of the palace, I think I remember having something to do there... but I can't be sure

is this compatible with ae and if i replace it with older mod, will it ruin my save file or the mod mechanic?
