Ever since I first tried AFT and found the outfit management, I wanted a mod that automatically switches my outfit for me. When I saw this mod I jumped at the chance to get it and it works great.
However, I did find one annoying bug with it. NPCs think you are naked and comment about your lack of clothes whenever the mod is the one to equip your clothes. In other words, when you manually put the gear on, they think you are dressed; when this mod puts the gear on, they think you're naked.
Little question, besides the fact this seems a great mod/add to the game: I can see in the mcm menu "Smart Equip" but the menu itself is empty nothing shows up, need new game? or is there an work around?
Unfortunatly I have to report having the same issue as mentioned above: MCM Menu "Smart Equip" is there, but that's about it. No amount of waiting fixed that for me. Do you have any suggestions how I could fix this problem?
I don't know how to fix your problem but as a rule of thumb, always give a mod with an MCM menu enough time to initialize if you're loading it up for the first time on a save. Moving to a new exterior/interior while a mod is installing can break the MCM menu. I can only recommend you roll back to an older save or uninstall/reinstall and then letting the mod initialize fully.
Question: If one sets the "check frequency" to zero, would the hotkey make the mod only check once until the next hotkey press? I play with a set of pretty script-heavy mods and would love if this one had scripts that only fired when I wanted them to.
Just what I was looking for, once I upgrade my gpu this is going to be top priority for me. I have a suggestion that would be great if you implement it. That would be making smart equip compatible with companions/followers. There's already a mod out there that does this job (Wardrobe Manager), but the thing with that mod is that it's outdated and not as user friendly as yours. You'd most likely solve most of my issues when it comes to managing your followers' outfits.
Looks like another great utility Utopium! However, I'm curious as to how you would measure the intensity of the script load and the potential for error when integrated into an already script-heavy build.
You will notice I added a configurable status check frequency so you can adjust how often it checks your current status in a script heavy game. Also, the less conditions you choose the less impact there will be. So if you only have one or two conditions set then it won't be as slow as if you have configured all conditions.
Nothing like a good utility mod and you got a bunch. The conjure mod has changed my game( and made 3 other mods obsolete). Between you and Jaxonz tools, Skyrim is handled..thank you for sharing.Kudos+1
