it's skips the whole starting sequence with all scripts, so of course Helgen is untouched and not destroyed by a dragon. starting room is pretty weak designed, should be defintely more brigther, there is too much shadows so we can't clearly see our character's face while in race menu. anyway this mod is great, seems like very good alternative for players who want to stick to original storyline. no troubles noticed. many thanks for author
good mod bad location and bad objective around feel realy ugly but it gets the work done It will be better if it was in a better lighting place with good lighting insted the light is yellow and dark.
It's very good that we can load all of our mods and configure them, THEN we can make a save game, AND THEN we start creating a character. There is one drawback though: Helgen stays in its introduction state. It's still useful for creating test characters with all mods already configured. Thanks you.
First thank you for making Skyrim Great! This will allow me to bypass the intro right, so I can start after I choose which one to follow and inside Helgen? My intro is completely broken, even with a fresh new reload of the Game files from steam. My game freezes as soon as MC gets up from chopping block, my character just runs in place. and Ralof just yells for me to come to him. I really like Alternate Start but the vanilla option still gives me same problem. Once again thank you for making Skytim Great!
This is absolutely amazing. I wish I could build a time machine and take this mod back to years ago for all the various testing I did. But I have it now and that's almost as good. Thanks!

There is a way of making it compatible with Opening Scene Overhaul?

You click on that to start the main quest,then get option to select imperial or stormcloaks.
But I have it now and that's almost as good. Thanks!
But with "Helgen Reborn" compatibility?
